About
I am an AI architect and senior AI expert with more than ten years in software engineering, the last seven of them designing and running production machine-learning, computer-vision, data-platform and generative-AI systems for large organisations in the UAE — airports, telecommunication, business data & analytics, a holding group and, currently, an industrial equipment company. My present focus is agentic AI in the enterprise: multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop control, retrieval-augmented generation, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and Copilot adoption on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. One secure assistant for every employee inside Teams (desktop and mobile) — typed chat, voice-to-text and real-time voice on Azure AI Foundry agents and the Voice Live API. Every action runs under the employee's own permissions (Teams SSO with Entra ID, on-behalf-of token exchange). Chat history, per-user and per-department usage and cost tracking, guardrails, audit logging and a modular sidebar for meetings, tasks and data agents. Deployed on Azure Container Apps with Docker, Key Vault secrets and staged releases behind feature switches.
AI call centre: a voice agent that answers, qualifies calls and creates CRM leads
Inbound customer calls to a UAE landline travel PBX → SIP trunk and session border controller → Teams Phone → Azure Communication Services → an Azure AI Foundry voice agent that answers, captures the enquiry, creates the lead in the CRM through MCP and hands the call to a person when needed — with recording, audit trail and guardrails.
Microsoft 365 MCP server and Fabric data agents
A custom Model Context Protocol server that exposes Microsoft 365 — mail, calendar, Teams, To Do and Planner — through Microsoft Graph, so agents read and act on the employee's own data with the employee's own permissions.
